Meet the MoneyMasters Super WordPress Theme!!
Above you see the screenshot of the front - home page of the theme. Take a look at the administration side of this theme, below is the screenshot of the MoneyMasters Theme Control page. This is where all the custom options are set. From custom logo and custom banner to Social links and more.
This page can be accessed by clicking the MoneyMasters button in the left sidebar.
As you can see in the above image, there are 7 main sections for customization of the theme. Clicking the + box on the right of each section opens up a array of options for that section. Below is the screenshot of the Main Style Options. Inside this section are a list of sub-sections.
Click the + box to the right of each of the sub-sections to reveal the options panels.
The first section in the screenshot below, allows you to customize the SEO META information for the blog. You can enter your own TITLE, META DESCRIPTION and META KEYWORDS.
Choose a custom background color in the Background section. If clicked inside the form field a color choosing panel pops up where you can pick a custom color for the background. A color code can also be entered right into the form field.
In the same Styles section you will be able to change the position of the side bar,
customize various elements of the blog including the blog post title colors and links colors.
For affiliate blogging applications, there is a choice to hide the post dates by selecting Hide in the Hide Post Dates section.
The next section is Logo customization options. Here you can choose to use a text or an image logo (a). If an image logo is chosen, it can be uploaded in section c or if it is hosted somewhere on the Internet, a URL can be entered to it in section d.
Below screenshot show the logo area which will be updated once is set. Currently it shows what a text logo looks like.
Also you see the banner that can be customized in the next section.
The Navigation bar can be customized from the Navigation section. You can adjust the colors, sizes and fonts of the buttons and text. You can also completely remove the autopmatically generated navigation links and create your own static links, pointing them wherever you like.
The Featured Posts Slideshow is easy to setup too, just turn it on, set the slider speed and where you want it to appear.
Then just mark the posts as featured by clicking the checkbox in the Extra Settings section under the text field when editing or creating a post.
Banner image customization section is a powerful feature of the theme. A custom banner image can be uploaded in section a. If it is hosted somewhere else, a URL can be entered in section b. Section c lets you make the banner linked to a URL. Choose which parts of the blog you want to display the banner in section d. Add a baner link title, mostly for SEO pourposes, in e.
In section 4, an Updates form or basically an OptIn form, can be created. Set the title, instructions text and paste the form code here and your form is ready. You can also choose from a couple of submit button choices.
Next big section is the Social Links options. Here you can add your social website info and a intro text for each. If you do not have accounts setup in some of these, just leave them blank and they won't appear on the blog.
The feedburner ID from section j is used to populate the Subscribtion area in the top right corner of the header, as shown in the screenshot below.
Below screenshot shows what the Social Links look like.
You can also see what the next section brings, the In Content Ad Box.
In the Ad Blocks section you can configure the Sidebar Ads, In-Content Ad boxes and the Footer Slide-In Ad Box.
The In Content Ad Box can be used for AdSense ads or just anything you feel like placing in there, just use HTML to format the text. Once you have this set, just enter a [adboxl] or [adboxr] hook in your post or page text where you want this box to appear.
Then you have the banner ads section. Here you can upload banner ads in the 125x125 size and link them somewhere.
The banners will display in the sidebar link you see below.
The Twitter settings are setup in the widgets section.
The 9th section is for the footer. Here you can paste your site tracking or Google Analytics code or anything else you feel like having in the footer. The last, 10th section is an option to turn on the Launch date countdown. This replaces the homepage with a countdown splash page that redirects to the homepage once the countdown reaches zero.
